Wallpaper installation can be a bit tricky, we highly recommend the professionals at Paintzen. If they're not available in your area, a qualified installer can be found through the Wallcovering Installers Association.

Each order is custom printed, so there might be slight variations in color from order to order. This is due to the nature of the print process and the paper. ​If you need to order additional rolls or panels, you may notice a slight difference. A professional installer can provide exact quantities required for your project. We cannot be responsible for incorrect quantities ordered.

How to install Traditional Wallpaper?

Wallshoppe includes a 1/4" bleed, or overprint, in the width and a 1"
bleed in the length of every panel. The overprint can stay on the panel
(Option A) or it can be cut off before installation (Option B). Please
note the following for the method you decide to use:

Option A- Overlap: Simply overlap the adjoining panel 1/4" so that the pattern on the panel repeats correctly.

Option B- Edge to Edge:
Professional installer recommended. Measure 1/4" from the right edge of
the panel. Using a sharp edge, remove the 1/4" strip running the length
of the panel. Measure 1" from the bottom edge of the panel. Using a
sharp edge, remove the 1" strip running the width of the panel.

Absolutely not! Wallshoppe papers can be used for virtually any
application. Wallshoppe Removable Panels can be used as drawer liners,
bookshelf panels, ceilings, backsplashes and stair risers. If you have
any design ideas, email us so we can share with all our customers.  

Both traditional and removable wallpaper can be installed in bathrooms and damp environments.  However, the wallpaper must not come in direct or consistent contact with water. 

Sample orders usually ship within 7-10 business days. 

Wallpaper roll and panel orders will typically take between 14-21
business days to produce. All orders are shipped from our headquarters in California. We use FedEx/UPS ground. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. In an effort to reduce waste and excess, multiple panels may be packaged together and shipped in one box. 

*Wallshoppe does not currently ship to PO Boxes.

Yes! We do offer a rush production service with a 50% surcharge. 

Samples ship for $5 within the continental US via USPS.  International sample orders ship for a flat fee of $15.

We can expedite the shipping service on your sample order as follows:
Ground 5 business days - $10
2nd Day Air - $20
Standard Overnight - $25

Orders up to $300 ship for a flat fee of $15 via Ground Shipping.
Orders between $300 & $500 ship for $35
Orders between $500 $999 ship for $45
Orders above $1,000 ship for $55.

All of our wallpapers are printed to order.  True to our sustainability mission we don’t “put ink to paper” until we receive your orders, which is why we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.

We highly encourage everyone to order samples and contact us if you have any questions.

Wallshoppe accepts returns of BarbieShoppe items within 7 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price are final sale. BarbieShoppe items include Aprons, Tote Bag, Pillows, Pens, Notebooks, and Decorative Trays only.

Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

All Artshoppe art is made to order.  Once your order is received it takes approximately 3-4 weeks to produce your order.  You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

A professional installer can provide exact quantities required for your project.

Our Grasscloth wallpaper rolls are 20 linear feet long and cover 60 square feet. We cannot be responsible for incorrect quantities ordered. 

A repeat refers to the way a design duplicates itself to make a pattern. Wallshoppe designs are either half-drop or straight repeats.  

Half-drop repeats match when rolls or panels are connected at the halfway point of the adjoining design.

While a straight repeat pattern will line up evenly across your walls and connect on both sides.

• Dust lightly or vacuum and keep away from moisture or harsh cleaners.

• Not recommended for use in bathrooms or where humidity or moisture might occur.

• Excessive rubbing or bumping may cause the natural material to fray.

• Grasscloth is naturally water-resistant but is not washable. Avoid moisture and harsh cleaners, as they will damage the natural fibers and dyes.

• For dusting, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth
