Wallpaper Returns & Exchanges
Wallshoppe manufactures custom printed wallcoverings. We do not stock any finished products. Wallshoppe does not offer returns or exchanges at this time, which is why we highly encourage ordering samples.
Damaged Wallpaper Items
We inspect all rolls prior to shipment, however, defects in the craftsmanship may still occur. Exchanges for these items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received. For WS removable products, panels must be unused. Once the liner has been removed for any reason, the item becomes ineligible for return. Prior to sending your shipment back for an exchange, please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number.
What is the return policy for Artshoppe items?
We are dedicated to providing you with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. All of the framed art is made to order and therefore we can’t accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there is craftsmanship defect or delivery damage, please contact us within 72 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org.
